What is Switch about?
Switch is an online platform to buy, sell or trade your new or used items for other items.
Does Switch have a secure payment method?
Yes, Switch provides a secure payment platform on the app.
How do I know my money is safe?
All payment are held in escrow pending buyer verification. Once the buyer confirms the Items as received, the money is released to the seller.
How do I return an Item that was delivered to my house?
If you need to return an Item that was delivered, simply decline the confirmation and give it back to the Kwik driver.
Will I get a refund for returned Items?
Funds will be immediately transferred back to the buyer if he/she declines an Item.
Can anything on the app be traded?
Only Items with the Switch banner on them are eligible for trade.
Is door delivery the only option?
Users also have the option to meet in person to handle transactions. We recommend you meet in open or populated areas to ensure safety for both parties.
Can I use cash to pay for my Item?
Cash can also be used to purchase an Item through Switch.
